Hi Kevin…i have got to say you are the best i have seen up to now…Great job…can you tell me what kind of paint you use….there is just one thing i dont like and its when the video skips.

Kevin gives poetry and depth to this piece by alternating sunlight and shadow throughout. The beam of light piercing thru the leafy canopy draws the viewer past the arching trunks and branches-rendering the effect of recession by the bright light. I feel like I am deep within the painting. The landscape is warmed by the autumn tints-dabs and strokes of yellows, orange, and red- creating a pleasing texture and spontaneity suggesting the foliage above. The running water adds interest and action..the stream with gently moving ripples creates a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, as well as good entry into the landscape. Masterful Kevin, brilliant palette, and composition. I agree with ones comment, it has a feel of Corot's painting , I find yours most beautiful, and well executed. Thanks for creating this wonderful place. God bless.
